Features: This symposium received over 90 papers, with the authors primarily belonging to two categories: professionals from national audit agencies and teaching and research personnel from higher education institutions. The former's papers focused on national audit management systems and the impact of joining the WTO on national audit; the latter covered a broader range of topics with diverse research methods, including both theoretical and empirical studies. Although the quality of the papers varied significantly, with some showing considerable gaps, each paper reflected the authors' dedication and demonstrated research achievements in certain aspects. Overall, there were many outstanding works among them. We selected 59 papers from the symposium's exchanges, compiled them into a book, and published them publicly as a product of the conference, offering them to readers.
