About the Author
Du Wei holds an MBA in Business Administration from New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA. He joined New Oriental School in 1997 and served as an instructor for listening, speaking, and film teaching at Beijing New Oriental School. In 2002, he was promoted to Vice Principal of Beijing New Oriental School. During his tenure, he introduced the "41" English Learning Method and edited a series of teaching materials, including "41 Language," "41 Vocabulary," "41 Sentence Patterns," "41 Thinking," and "41 Film" listening and speaking series. He co-authored books such as "TOEFL Listening Vocabulary 2000" with Teacher Fei Bo.
Ning Bin (Jerry) is a renowned expert in listening and speaking teaching research and TOEFL teaching research. A graduate of the Graduate School of Beijing Foreign Studies University, he has worked for well-known multinational companies such as China International Trust and Investment Corporation and Amgen (China). He has been invited multiple times to serve as simultaneous interpreter for large international conferences of the United Nations' specialized agencies and as on-site interpreter for meetings with high-ranking national leaders. He has accompanied delegations on numerous overseas trips, visiting over ten countries across five continents.
