What is good to feed babies in March-April

Patient's question:

Please ask the expert: Can infants aged 3-4 months mix (orange juice, tomato juice, vegetable soup, milk powder) with calcium powder for feeding?

Doctor's answer:

The correct way to introduce solid foods is to start in the morning. The doctor said that if the baby has any discomfort after eating, they can still see the doctor in the afternoon. For the first six months, introducing one meal of solid food daily is sufficient. After six months, you can add another meal of rice cereal or porridge around 6 p.m. (which is about 6:30, usually dinner time), and still give the baby a large bottle of milk around 10 p.m. This way, the baby will be well-fed and can sleep soundly through the night. Treat the rice cereal as a main meal, and wait 3 to 4 hours after feeding it before giving milk again. For the first time, you can mix it with a little water and put it in a bottle for the baby to suck, gradually making it thicker. After two weeks, you must transition to feeding it with a spoon instead of a bottle.
As the baby's digestive system matures, while introducing rice cereal, you can also add iron-rich and easily digestible foods such as animal blood (from chicken, duck, or pork), lean meat puree, fish puree, liver puree (pork or chicken), etc. These can be directly mixed into the rice cereal. Note that no seasonings should be added for babies under one year old.
