Features: We are pleased to see that with the promulgation and implementation of the revised Criminal Law, a new high tide of learning and promoting the Criminal Law has been unleashed in our country. A large number of new Criminal Law textbooks and monographs have been published, presenting a vibrant academic scene. However, on the other hand, we also see that in Criminal Law research, there are still many theoretical and practical issues that remain contentious. People have diverse opinions, and there is widespread disagreement on the interpretation of Criminal Law norms. Numerous ambiguities and difficulties await further in-depth discussion. To make a contribution in this regard, we have invited several experts and doctoral researchers to write papers on several topics, focusing on discussing controversial issues both theoretically and practically. At the same time, to broaden readers' perspectives and draw on the beneficial experiences of criminal law in other countries and regions, we have also included several comparative studies on certain issues.
