I have blisters on my hands, mouth, and feet. How can I treat them?

Patient's question:

May 27, 2013 Slightly feverish Binzhou Second People's Hospital

Doctor's answer:

For acute-phase symptoms such as low-grade fever or no fever, runny nose, cough, sore throat, or poor appetite and nausea, the "Yinqiao Powder" formula can be used. If there is persistent high fever, dense distribution of oral, hand, foot, buttock, and limb herpes, the "Qingwen Baaidu Yin" formula can be used. For complications such as high fever that does not subside and frequent coughing with shortness of breath, the "Jizhao Lianhuang Wan combined with Shenfu Tang" formula can be used.
During the recovery phase of the illness, for children with dry mouth and sore throat, add Shashen and Maidong to the formula to nourish yin and generate fluids, clear heat, and moisten the throat. If the child develops oral herpes, any one of the following can be applied to the affected area: Xiagua Shuang, Bingpeng San, or Xili San. For severe hand and foot herpes, any one of the following can be used with sesame oil: Ruyijinhuang San or Qingdai San, applied to the affected areas.
