What is the situation when babies walk unsteadily while using their feet as a step?

Patient's question:

The baby experienced some intracranial bleeding at birth and underwent an MRI. Now at 10 months, a thorough examination of all aspects shows everything is normal. The babys and stands well, but dislikes standing on tiptoes. Walking is still not very stable. Here is the detailed report, as shown in the image below. I want to know if the baby's intracranial bleeding issue has been resolved.

Doctor's answer:

Based on your condition description and the head MRI results uploaded by your child, there is no clear evidence of intracranial hemorrhage in the MRI of the head. According to your condition description, you can further ask the head of the imaging department and the current attending physician and department head of your child to confirm whether your child currently has intracranial hemorrhage. Additionally, there are only three possible reasons for intracranial hemorrhage in such a young child: one reason is that it was caused by birth trauma during a vaginal delivery, another reason is that the child may have congenital vascular malformations leading to brain hemorrhage, and the last reason is that the child may have previously experienced a cranial head injury. There are no other possible causes.
