Features: This book aims to assist undergraduate students in their introductory courses on macroeconomics. It is not only intended for economics majors but also for students from other disciplines who need to grasp the theoretical background related to current economic issues. This book is an adapted version of the book "Income, Interest Rates, and Prices," attempting to explain the U.S. market. It does not require prior study in macroeconomics, although completing an introductory microeconomics course would be advantageous. The book also does not require a foundation in advanced mathematics or calculus. Set against the backdrop of existing economic issues, it provides an excellent introduction to macroeconomic theory and policy. Although it primarily serves current college students, it is equally suitable for readers at higher levels. Despite being an introductory overview of selected topics and employing relatively simple mathematical methods, the book does not overlook almost all important macroeconomic issues. Additionally, it pays special attention to open economy theory and international constraints on democratic nations. As is often the case with conclusions in economic problems, economic theory does not always provide definitive answers. However, it encourages asking valuable questions, which may be one of the book's key contributions.
