The book selects 100 Visual Basic program examples and has been compiled successfully in Visual Basic 6.0. The book is structured into three parts—Basic, Application, and Advanced—to cater to different reader levels and requirements. Starting from basic interface design and programming methods, it introduces step by step how to create a Visual Basic program and become familiar with the steps and methods of programming. Then, it categorically showcases the various applications of Visual Basic, including control usage, interface design, multimedia applications, system information and graphics processing, string processing, file operations, database programming, and game programs. Finally, it provides detailed explanations of the development of two programs with practical application value, significantly enhancing the readers' programming skills. Written in an example-based tutorial format, the book has strong independence between sections, and each example can be used as a standalone tutorial. The book is suitable not only for beginners learning Visual Basic but also for readers with Visual Basic development experience, who can benefit greatly from it. Due to the corresponding examples for various aspects of program development, it can also serve as an excellent reference book for Visual Basic programming. To assist readers, the book includes a program source code CD-ROM, allowing readers to study alongside the provided source code.
