Features: To help candidates of the Higher Education Self-Tuition Examination master the knowledge they have learned, we have specifically compiled the book "Synchronous Guidance/Synchronous Training for Communication English." This book is paired with the designated teaching material for the National Higher Education Self-Tuition Examination, "Communication English" (edited by Zhang Xiaohua), published by China Renmin University Press, for candidates to use for post-class review and self-assessment. "Synchronous Guidance/Synchronous Training for Communication English" is divided into five parts. Part I is the Self-Tuition Examination Syllabus for Communication English, serving as a basis for candidates to study and review "Communication English." The second part lists the more important grammatical phenomena that appear in the "Communication English" textbook. Diligently studying these grammatical points will greatly help in understanding and mastering the texts of "Communication English." Moreover, grammar is also part of the examination content, so candidates are advised to read it carefully and truly familiarize themselves with these grammatical phenomena. The third part is the Synchronous Exercises for "Communication English." In this part, not only is the chapter arrangement sequence identical to that of the "Communication English" textbook, but the question types are also basically consistent with the examination syllabus. Proficiently completing these exercises is undoubtedly extremely crucial for improving candidates' professional English skills. Each unit's exercises consist of five types of questions: Chinese-to-English translation of professional phrases, English-to-Chinese translation of professional phrases, grammar point tests, comprehension tests on the text content, and several short passage translation exercises. For clarity, the answers to the third type of question in each unit (i.e., grammar point tests) and the fourth type of question (i.e., comprehension tests on the text content) are directly marked in the exercises. The fourth part provides reference answers for the first, second, and fifth types of questions in the exercises of each unit in the third part. Since the translation of English phrases and articles is not unique, the answers provided by the author are for candidates' reference only. Finally, the author provides two sets of mock exam questions and reference answers as the fifth part of this book.
