Features: Before the implementation of this "Regulation," for construction projects where the contract work has been completed by more than 50%, the survey and design fees shall remain in accordance with the original contract; for projects where the contract work has been completed by less than 50%, the survey and design fees for the remaining portion shall be negotiated between the client and the surveyor or designer, referring to this "Regulation."
