Features: This book is divided into two main parts. The first part consists of unit exercises, which focus on specific training around a certain theme to familiarize students with the basic types of reading comprehension questions and master the answer patterns for various question types. Each unit includes ten short articles. The second part is comprehensive exercises designed to improve overall reading comprehension skills. Each comprehensive exercise includes five articles. Additionally, both unit exercises and comprehensive exercises are followed by "Sample Answer Comments" to help students grasp reading techniques and answer patterns. Before starting the exercises, it is recommended to read the article "Reading Methods and Techniques" first to get a general understanding of the question types and answer patterns. The book also includes reference answers at the end. The above sections constitute the main content of the book. The articles in the first part are relatively easy, while those in the second part vary in difficulty and cover different topics. Students can choose exercises based on their actual abilities and needs. This book can be used for reading course guidance for the CET-4 exam, as self-study material for second-year students to improve reading comprehension skills, and also as a supplementary book for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (N1, N2).
Note: 1. In this book, multiple-choice questions are single-choice unless otherwise specified. 2. Chart-based reading questions are relatively simple and are not included as exercises in this book.
