The 5R Management System consists of three levels and nine major processes, with many sub-processes within each major process. The three levels include: Basic Element System, Process System, and Management Information System. The nine major processes are divided into: Corporate Governance (Management Control) Process, Investment Management Process, Financial Management Process, Administrative Management Process, Human Resource Management Process, Product Development Management Process, Planning and Supply Management Process, Production Management Process, and Marketing Management Process. Subsystems follow the same principle. For example, the 5R Management System of the Marketing System is divided into three levels and five processes: Market Research and Development, Sales Management, Administrative Human Resources, Financial Management, and Legal Affairs. According to the principles of the 5R Management System, by applying the 5R basic elements to constrain the marketing management process and optimizing each process, the goal is to maximize performance in every process.
