Chapter 5 provides two sets of IELTS speaking test samples to help learners understand the complete process of the test and conduct simulated practice. Based on the format and common content of the IELTS speaking test, this textbook offers various situational dialogues and sample texts for learners to expand their vocabulary, master a wide range of phrases and sentence structures, and initially grasp English speaking, expression, and discussion skills. Through oral practice, learners can apply what they have learned and effectively improve their speaking ability. This textbook can be used as a self-study guide and is also suitable for training courses. Some content was used and improved in the speaking classes of the IELTS preparatory program at the College of Overseas Studies, Beijing Language and Culture University, and the results were highly effective.
