Features: To promote the development of the hotel industry, strengthen human resource management, and improve the English proficiency of professionals, after years of hard work, the China National Tourism Administration (CNTA) and the University of San Diego jointly launched the China Hotel Professional English Standard Training and Testing System. In July 1999, the first pilot test was conducted. Based on the success of this test, the CNTA decided to officially implement the testing nationwide starting in 2000 and to award certificates to qualified candidates. To ensure the smooth execution of this program, the China Hotel Professional English Standard and Testing Center compiled the "China Hotel Professional English Standard Training and Testing Guide" based on the requirements of a large number of candidates. This book is developed according to the standards of the "China Hotel Professional English Standard Training and Testing System" and the relevant content of "China Hotel Professional English." The book is divided into three parts: 1. Introduction to the content of the testing system, preparation before the test, and scoring methods; 2. Written mock tests; 3. Oral mock tests. The oral test questions include tests and answers, accompanied by audio cassettes.
