Features: To further strengthen the learning and review of "Official Document Writing and Processing" among candidates, we have revised the 2004 September edition of this book based on the new examination requirements. "Official Document Writing and Processing" is a compulsory course for the secretarial major in higher education self-study examinations. According to the syllabus for self-study examinations in official document writing and processing issued by the National Committee for Higher Education Self-Study Examinations and the designated textbook "Official Document Writing and Processing," combined with the characteristics and patterns of learning, reviewing, and examining for "Official Document Writing and Processing," we have determined the structure of each chapter in this book as follows: learning objectives and requirements, assessment content, key and difficult points, synchronous comprehensive exercises, and reference answers. At the end of the book, there is a "full-simulation examination" that fully complies with the examination question-setting mode of self-study examinations. The focus of this revision is to standardize and expand the synchronous comprehensive exercises and "full-simulation examination," enrich the key points and answer content of the original book, and make this book more directly and completely reflect the assessment knowledge stipulated in the examination syllabus. Thus, it is more targeted and scientific. The content of this series of books is up-to-date, all written according to the new self-study examination syllabus and the new edition of the designated textbook. This study guide is organized by chapter, with a large number of "comprehensive exercises" compiled based on the new examination question types. The questions are scientifically designed and accurately answered. The simulated examination at the end of the book is also completely consistent with the new examination question types and quantity. The study guide covers all knowledge points and assessment points in the syllabus. It is particularly noted that based on the content of "Higher Education Self-Study Examination Leaflet Collection" and the report of the 16th National Congress, this study guide has provided detailed supplements for content not covered in the textbook.
