Features: There are not many excellent leaders in the world. Due to this severe shortage, this book aims to help those with leadership potential better develop their potential and become one of the excellent leaders. The title of this book is not coined out of thin air. Although some people are born with certain "leadership genes," there is no biological proof. However, over the past two decades, through working with many senior managers and leaders, I have increasingly felt that almost all the leaders I interact with possess something very special—talent, which sets them apart from others. We can relatively easily predict which managers will achieve significant breakthroughs in profound leadership skills. For other managers whose careers are believed to be limited to "management models," this prophecy is equally effective. Cyril Levich grew up in the west suburbs of London, UK. After leaving school, he started his own business by saving up his own money. He also spent some time working with the "Save the Children Fund." He spent 12 years running his own company, involved in retail, wholesale, and manufacturing, from operating a shopping center parking lot in Peter Street to engaging in international import and export businesses. Dr. Levich has also published The Theory and Practice of Small Business and Strategic Formulation, the latter of which was a semi-finalist for the "FT Booz Allen Hamilton Global Business Book Award." Over the past 12 months, it has been reprinted three times and has become an international bestseller. Cyril Levich has served as a consultant for numerous international and UK companies, including APV, BRS, British Telecom, British Gas, Grone Corkhill Jardine International Insurance, Chloride Batteries, Exel Transport, Hawtersiddeley, Jones Lang Lasalle Lexservice, L'Oréal, NFC, Protodigm, Reed International, Western Telecommunications, SmithKline Beecham, UCI Transport, and International Media.
