This book is a collection of case studies on innovative enterprises in China, as part of the Ministry of Education's New Century Network Curriculum Construction Project and Tsinghua University's 985 National Key Project. It summarizes the tracking research conducted by the Technology Innovation Strategy and Management Research Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology since its establishment in 1997 on Chinese innovative enterprises. The cases are part of the China Business Administration Case Library at Tsinghua University, featuring 20 cases covering industries such as manufacturing, telecommunications, software, media, services, new materials, and new energy.
The selected cases primarily reflect the main scenarios and decision-making backgrounds in innovation management that Chinese enterprises have faced in recent years, under both external conditions like globalization trends, shorter product cycles, and accelerated technological changes, and internal conditions such as gradually standardized corporate systems and rapidly increasing investment in innovation.
This book is suitable for use in MBA programs, graduate studies in technology economics, and training for senior corporate management. It can also serve as a reference for corporate R&D management personnel when analyzing technology development, new product development, new product launches, and operational management.
