Features: In recent years, the IELTS exam has rapidly developed in China, from being little-known to household names. Its booming popularity has taken many foreign language training professionals by surprise, and it has nearly overshadowed the TOEFL. IELTS has become another "passport" for Chinese people to access the world. In response, a large number of IELTS preparation books have emerged, undoubtedly providing students with powerful tools for efficient exam preparation. However, we should also recognize that the quality of IELTS books varies greatly. Some offer little help in preparation and may even mislead candidates. Many training students report that despite repeated analysis of techniques by teachers and endless practice with IELTS reading mock tests, their scores remain unsatisfactory. Students generally hope to find study materials that can truly improve reading skills and help them pass the IELTS reading exam smoothly. Over the past six years, the author has served as the Chief Lecturer at the Guangzhou IELTS Test Center, the world's third-largest IELTS test center, while also working as a gold-standard lecturer at the Guangzhou branch of Beijing Global Think School and as a special professor at multiple IELTS schools in Guangzhou. The author has been continuously exploring methods to rapidly enhance candidates' abilities and help them break through the challenges of the IELTS reading section. This book embodies the author's years of dedication and is another summary of the author's six years of IELTS training experience and research findings, which can be summarized in two sentences: "Reading materials truly derived from practical experience" and "Truly meaningful IELTS reading vocabulary."
