Features: To make investment project decision-making in China more scientific, standardized, and efficient, and to avoid or reduce investment decision-making errors, it is essential to strengthen feasibility research and economic evaluation work in the early stages of investment. Especially, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has established the strategy of developing the western regions and encouraged increasing investment from domestic parties. Its main contents include: the procedures, content, methods, and cases of feasibility research on construction projects; the methods, parameters, and cases of economic evaluation of construction projects; and the methods and cases of project evaluation, etc. This book can be used as a professional guide for investment, planning, construction, engineering design consulting, finance, supervision consulting, and other units, as well as for investment decision-making and demonstration work by leaders at all levels.
