How many degrees is considered a fever?

Patient's question:

Tonight, I received a preventive injection. Test results: None. Past treatment history and effectiveness: None. What kind of help do you want: Is 37.5 degrees a fever?

Doctor's answer:

The normal body temperature of a healthy person averages between 36 and 37℃ (armpit). Anything outside this range is considered a fever. A low-grade fever is below 38℃, while a high fever is above 39℃.
Since individual normal body temperatures vary, not all children's normal temperatures will exceed 37.2℃ or fluctuate by 0.5~1℃ between morning and afternoon.
In the early stages of many illnesses or when the condition is mild, fevers are categorized based on temperature as follows:
- Low-grade fever: 37.3~38℃
- Moderate fever: 38.1~39℃
- High fever: 39.1~41℃
- Hyperpyrexia: Above 41℃
