How can you determine precocious puberty?

Patient's question:

Female, age 8 years 3 months, height 1.46m, weight 38.5kg.
I. Blood test report (blood drawn every 30 minutes):
Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH): 4.47 13.22 18.85 19.65 (Reference range: 1.4–18.1)
Luteinizing hormone (LH): 1.73 47.77 61.81 52.74 (Reference range: 1.5–9.3)
Estradiol (E2): 67.37 (Reference range: 0~39.8)
Prolactin (PRL): 5.55 (Reference range: 2.1–17.7)
II. DR images:
Left hand DR: Written in the medical record... 11 years old (estimated bone age)
III. Color Doppler ultrasound:
Uterine size: 23×27×34mm, thickness about 3mm. Left ovary size: 25×23mm, with 1 follicle larger than 4mm in diameter, size about 7×6mm. Right ovary size: 31×24mm, with 8 follicles larger than 4mm in diameter, the largest about 6×5mm. No obvious mass echoes were observed in bilateral adnexal regions.
IV. Pituitary MRI (non-contrast + contrast-enhanced):
Pituitary size, shape, and signal were normal. Pituitary height was about 5.5mm. The pituitary stalk was centrally located, with a slightly thickened small nodule-like appearance in the middle. Dynamic contrast-enhanced scan showed significant pituitary enhancement with uniform signal, no abnormal enhancement foci, and marked enhancement of the thickened pituitary stalk nodule. The sella size and shape were normal, with no saddle floor depression. The optic chiasm trajectory, shape, and signal were normal.
Major medical history:
1. Lymph node tuberculosis, treated with antituberculosis therapy for one year;
2. Sinusitis.

Doctor's answer:

Hello, this situation should be related to constitutional issues or congenital developmental characteristics. There are no other abnormalities, so there is no need to worry. If there is tuberculosis or rhinitis, anti-tuberculosis drugs and TCM syndrome differentiation methods should be used to control the progression of the condition.
Premature puberty has long been a concern for parents. When treating this condition, general treatment should be considered. Parents can only help children recover from the disease quickly by using professional methods, so as not to affect their growth and development. Therefore, it is hoped that after a child's illness occurs, parents can help them recover from the condition as soon as possible.
