Features: Logic is the science of thought and holds a very important position in the history of scientific development. In 1974, the subject classification compiled by UNESCO ranked logic, mathematics, astronomy and astrophysics, earth science and space science, physics, chemistry, and life science as the seven major basic sciences. In the Encyclop?dia Britannica, logic is listed as the first of the five major basic sciences. As a branch of logic studies, general logic plays a significant role in daily life, especially in judicial work, and is a foundational course for all majors in police academies. Based on the educational orientation and training objectives of police academies, combined with students' cultural level and learning ability, this textbook was co-authored by Senior Lecturer Qi Jiafu and Lecturer Li Zongxiang, drawing on more than a decade of teaching experience.
