Headache, sweating, and vomiting - what's going on?

Patient's question:

Yesterday morning, when I went to bed, I felt a headache and dizziness again, along with sweating. Lying in bed, any movement of my head made me vomit. I vomited every time I drank water or milk. I had three bowel movements, but they weren't watery, and I didn't have a high fever. Later, I went to the doctor for an IV drip, took antibiotics, and some sugar, and the vomiting stopped. I still felt a bit dizzy. The doctor said I needed to rest for a certain period. Today, I went for a blood test to check my blood count, and the results showed high blood indicators. The doctor also asked me to check my liver function, saying it might be related.
Previous Treatment and Effects:
I was treated for intestinal inflammation. I suspected it might be due to eating holy girls (possibly a mistranslation or cultural reference) or poor absorption. After using glycerin suppositories, I stopped having large bowel movements.
What kind of help do you need:
Is it caused by bacteria or a virus? How did it lead to dizziness? Should I also check my liver function?

Doctor's answer:

Your cervical spondylosis may be severe, so it is recommended to take photos for a detailed examination of your cervical spine. Symptomatic treatment is advised. It is recommended to consult a local neurology doctor for betahistine or suction therapy, physical therapy, infrared therapy, acupuncture, and massage. You must quit smoking, follow a low-fat diet, and avoid maintaining a long-term posture during training and exercises, especially head-down exercises. Take a break for about 10 minutes every hour. A pillow that is not suitable for napping may also cause this symptom. Pay attention to adjusting the height of the pillow.
