Help needed:
My baby is 7 months and 20 days old. After getting the A vaccine, they cried non-stop for three hours, as if something was hurting. What could be the reason?

Doctor's answer:

After vaccination, the reaction is mild, and generally there are no severe local or systemic reactions. In some children, redness and mild pain may reappear locally for 1 to 2 days after vaccination; systemic reactions may include low fever, with 1% to 4% of recipients experiencing a fever below 38.5℃; allergic reactions may occasionally occur. In most vaccinated individuals, symptoms reappear 10 to 24 hours after vaccination and usually resolve on their own within 1 to 2 days. Symptomatic treatment may be necessary if needed.
