Can seizures caused by tuberous sclerosis be relieved?

Patient's question:

The onset of symptoms was in June of this year, mainly staring blankly, sometimes hand tremors lasting about 4 seconds. I was hospitalized and treated at the Children's Hospital of Hangzhou.

Doctor's answer:

I have been troubled by petit mal epilepsy for more than five years. Each time I have a seizure, I am completely unaware, aimlessly, rubbing my hands, and smacking my lips. Sometimes it occurs after exercise when I gasp for breath, and if it's a grand mal seizure, it's even more frightening. During a grand mal seizure, I lose consciousness after falling to the ground, foam at the mouth, and have, and incontinence of urine and feces. The duration of each seizure is usually three to five minutes. Each time I wake up, I feel dizzy and have a headache, and my whole body is weak, wanting to rest. I have several grand mal seizures each month, and the number of petit mal seizures is even higher.
