Patient's question:
Stair climbing hurts my knees, stepping on the stairs is disrupted, my knees don't dare to use force, and I stumble again, re-injuring them. What are the symptoms of bursitis of the knee bone?Doctor's answer:
Once based on joint pain, joint swelling was not obvious or accompanied by mild edema, and there was a creaking sound when walking. Joint pain or discomfort occurred when going up or down stairs, walking, or exerting force. Long-term walking led to joint warmth, stiffness, and pain relief.Secondary symptoms included joint swelling, mild pain, discomfort when squatting or bending, muscle atrophy in some patients, and edema after excessive activity. Morning symptoms were relatively mild, while evening symptoms subsided. Walking for long periods was not possible, and prolonged walking would cause aching and swelling in the calves, with continuous accumulation of fluid.
In severe cases, joint swelling and significant pain were accompanied by effusion, bone spurs, and free floating bones.
