Features: Modigli's illustrations feature smooth lines and bright, elegant colors. His main characters, whether human or animal, have round, humorous, and adorable appearances, enhanced by exaggerated big noses, which is no wonder they are so beloved. The master of silent film, Marcel Marceau, once described enjoying Modigli's paintings as watching a tightly plotted movie, with one unexpected surprise after another. Many unforeseen wonders and absurd logic are tightly intertwined.
