Features: Green development of real estate projects and environmental performance evaluation are essential requirements and trends in sustainable project development. This book examines the environmental impact of the entire development process of real estate projects. Through the study of the connotation and extension of green ecological residential communities as the research subjects, it constructs the environmental performance evaluation factors and content for Chinese green ecological residential communities. Based on this, a hierarchical model and evaluation index system for the environmental performance of green ecological residential communities are established using theories such as systems theory, sustainable development theory, and life cycle evaluation theory. The AHP method is employed for complex decision-making to determine the weights of the indicators. Evaluation benchmarks are established by referring to relevant regulations and industry standards. A multi-level, multi-factor fuzzy mathematical comprehensive evaluation model and method are developed. Finally, the book develops a computer-aided evaluation platform tool using VC++ and MATLAB languages, and conducts empirical research and simulated evaluation based on green ecological residential community demonstration projects in cities in China, demonstrating the feasibility of the established evaluation models and methods. This book provides theoretical analysis, methodological research, and practical exploration for introducing and establishing project environmental performance evaluation systems in the real estate industry in China. It explores the organizational structure, pathways, and supporting systems for establishing project environmental performance evaluation systems. The book serves as a reference for researchers in the theoretical field to study the environmental performance evaluation of green real estate projects and is also valuable for the real estate industry in developing green real estate projects.
