Guangdong Economic Publishing House is a publisher that highly values efficiency and quality. Previously, the China Official Document Writing Research Association has collaborated closely with the house on two occasions. The first was in 1997, when they co-published the book "Interpretation Guide for Chinese Party and Government Official Documents," which was printed seven times and distributed over 30,000 copies. The second was in June 2002, when they co-published "Official Document Writing Format and Techniques" (edited by Zhang Baozhong, deputy edited by Yue Haixiang), which was printed five times within less than a year and distributed nearly 20,000 copies, still failing to meet societal demand. Now, this new book is presented to the readers, and it is believed that it will continue to win the favor and appreciation of readers with an even fresher, more refined, more practical, and more standardized approach. Due to the innovative format of this book and the first-time analysis and appreciation of numerous contemporary excellent official documents, minor errors and omissions are inevitable. We sincerely hope readers will provide constructive feedback.
