What should middle school students do if they don't grow taller?

Patient's question:

I am a 15-year-old boy. During my first year of junior high, my height was slightly over 150 cm during a physical check-up. In my second year of junior high, it was 163 cm during a physical check-up, and it remained 163 cm in my third year of junior high. Between my second and third years of junior high, I did exercises like push-ups, and my body muscles were a bit larger than those of my classmates. What confuses me is: Am I hindering my growth because of muscle training (mostly push-ups, not dumbbell flyes)? If I start doing squats and pull-ups every day now, will I grow taller more quickly?
Past treatment history and effectiveness: None
What kind of help I want: I want to grow taller quickly because many of my classmates are much taller than me. I would like a doctor's advice.

Doctor's answer:

Now is the time for physical growth and development. In addition to diet, activities and deep sleep are also essential factors for teenagers to grow taller. It is recommended to eat more foods rich in fat to digest the calories needed by the body, consume more carbohydrate-rich foods to aid in the absorption and utilization of minerals, take sufficient vitamins regularly every day, and drink more water to enhance metabolism.
