Features: Solfege and ear-training courses are the basic training and fundamental requirements for students aspiring to study music. Therefore, pre-examination guidance for solfege and ear-training is a very crucial issue. Whether one can achieve good results in a relatively short period of time largely depends on the learning methods, approaches, and understanding of the exam content, format, and scope. This book is divided into three parts: Solfege Practice, Ear-Training Practice, and Question Compilation. It aims to provide candidates preparing to take entrance exams for music conservatories with learning materials, training methods, and exam scope, offering them a more scientific, systematic, rapid, and practical basis, as well as better methods and faster pathways to help them improve their solfege and ear-training skills in a shorter time, enabling them to pass the exam smoothly and successfully enter the world of music learning.
I. Solfege Practice: The purpose of solfege practice is to train students' score-reading ability and cultivate their pitch accuracy, musicality, and sense of rhythm.
II. Ear-Training Practice: Pitch notation is something that many candidates find daunting. Therefore, it is essential to adjust one's mindset first, overcome fear, and strengthen confidence during ear-training exercises.
III. Question Compilation: This book compiles 25 sets of questions across 11 difficulty levels, including question formats and full-length tests from Wuhan Conservatory of Music, Central Conservatory of Music, China Conservatory of Music, Xinghai Conservatory of Music, and music departments of normal universities, for candidates to study and reference.
