Features: Born in Wàyáobǎo, Shaanxi Province in 1938. Moved to Beijing in 1949 and graduated from Beijing No. 101 High School and the postgraduate program at Renmin University of China. Worked at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China's Department of External Relations and Wuhan Jiaotong University of Science and Technology. Served as the Deputy Party Secretary of Beijing Transportation Management Cadre College and the Executive Dean of the Party School of the Ministry of Transportation, holding the title of Professor.
