Dang Kou Zhi - Popularized Series of Chinese Classical Novel Masterpieces

Author: Yu Wan Chun
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2002-01-01
Features: This book is part of the Popular Edition Series of Chinese Classical Novel Masterpieces. It includes the complete original work Water Margin (also known as The Outlaws of the Marsh) by Yu Wan Chun from the Qing Dynasty. The book is written from the perspective of feudal rulers, deviating from the original ideology of Water Margin by fabricating the story of how the 108 heroes of Liangshan, including Song Jiang, were destroyed by the imperial court. Although this book is considered a bad one, its writing, structure, and vivid descriptions still show genuine craftsmanship. The portrayal of characters and scenes is concise and fluent, making it worth reading.
