The compilation of this book was jointly guided by leaders and experts from the Legal Committee of the National People's Congress, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Ministry of Public Security, and local judicial practice departments, as well as legal experts and scholars from China University of Political Science and Law, Peking University, and the Law School of Renmin University of China.
