Features: To some extent, folk language often carries the connotation of "offense." Choosing "praise" is an offense against oneself, but if one chooses "doubt," it must be an offense against others. Actually, either of the two is sufficiently sincere: when a person's spirit bows down and crawls among the grey words, sentences, and paragraphs, the very act itself has become a tribute from one spirit to another. What I mean is that, in fact, "offense" often harbors deeper love.
