Features: How long can humans actually live? Opinions vary. There is a theory called "Comparing with Animals" that suggests: "Humans are originally a type of animal, and the ideal human lifespan can be calculated by comparing it with the lifespans of animals. For many animals, the period from birth to full maturity is in a 1:5 ratio with their entire lifespan. For example, a dog is considered very mature at 3 years old, so its lifespan can be as long as 15 years. Since humans reach full maturity at around 25 years old, if we multiply this by 5, the ideal human lifespan should be 125 years. This book introduces health preservation, self-monitoring for diseases, self-help measures for common illnesses, and self-care and recovery for various diseases such as those affecting the heart, kidneys, skin, brain, and more."
