Features: To seize control of the Western Mediterranean, Rome had to eliminate its powerful rival, Carthage. A new round of conflict broke out between the two city-states, but this time it was an extermination war. Hasdrubal, a distant relative of the Carthaginian general Hannibal, led the Carthaginian army to prepare for a desperate final battle to defend the city. However, a beautiful woman caused trouble. To snatch away his mistress Elisa from Gylippus, Hasdrubal even broke the alliance with Numidia and even surrendered to the Roman general at the last moment.
