Features: This dictionary is compiled based on the "Basic Syllabus for the National Professional English Proficiency Examination" promulgated by the Ministry of Personnel in August 1998 (hereinafter referred to as the "Syllabus"), to assist a wide range of professional technicians across the country in fully preparing for the exam.
