Features: The writing goal of this book is not merely to tell candidates why the answers to past exam questions are correct and what the legal principles are, but rather to emphasize that candidates must allocate their study time and effort based on the weight of each legal category in the judicial exam. This is the highest strategy for judicial exam preparation and a fundamental skill for taking the exam. In terms of the book's structure, we have divided it according to the categories of law required by the judicial exam, with each category further divided into two parts.
Part 1: "Score Distribution and Question-Taking Patterns." This includes two key points:
1. "Score Distribution," which analyzes the scoring patterns and question types for each category in recent years.
2. "Question-Taking Patterns and Characteristics," which highlights the key content tested in each category. This is a summary of long-term judicial exam tutoring experience.
Part 2: "Question Classification and Analysis." This includes both objective and subjective questions. In the objective question section, instead of categorizing questions as single-choice, multiple-choice, or uncertain-choice, we group all questions that test the same knowledge point together based on the knowledge system of each category and the topics covered in past exam questions. This forms the greatest feature of this book.
