Features: To help everyone study effectively, we have compiled the "2007 Judicial Examination Spirit and System" series. Through in-depth lectures, we highlight the spirit and value behind legal knowledge, emphasize the connections, comparisons, and distinctions between knowledge points, strengthen the relevance of knowledge, and build a systematic framework. This teaching approach enables candidates with a certain legal foundation to elevate their mastery of legal knowledge to a higher level, making it easier to pass the judicial examination. This series provides in-depth lectures on all legal departments, comprehensively covering key and difficult points. The series is divided into four books: "The Spirit and System of Civil and Commercial Law," "Criminal Law, Jurisprudence, and Legal History: Spirit and System," "Procedural Law and Economic Law: Spirit and System," and "Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and International Law: Spirit and System." Each book is divided into two parts based on the legal department for explanation.
First, the spirit and system of the legal department are introduced from a macro perspective, concisely outlining the fundamental and important legal values and purposes that guide the establishment of the department. A chart is used to depict the detailed knowledge structure system of the department. Second, key points of the legal department are explained in depth from a micro perspective, organized by topics. Each topic consists of five parts:
(1) Knowledge System Construction: A chart is used to outline a more specific knowledge structure system for the topic.
(2) Key Issue Reflection: Through two or more questions, it prompts reflection and analysis of the key points of the topic.
(3) Examination Direction Guidance: Summarizes the examination patterns and key points of the topic's knowledge in past exam questions, clarifying the examination direction.
(4) Key Point Lecture: Deeply explains the topic's knowledge centered on key points, highlighting the value and purpose of the law, strengthening connections, comparisons, and distinctions, and implementing case training and breakthroughs for key points.
(5) Key Legal Provisions Summary: Emphasizes the integration of the key points of the topic's knowledge with the stipulations of legal provisions.
These five parts progress from general to specific, then from specific to general, from depth to simplicity, and back from simplicity to depth. Starting from a macro perspective, they build a knowledge system, enhancing its systematicity and relevance. Moving to a micro perspective, they deeply explore knowledge, strengthen horizontal and vertical comparisons, reinforce the connections and distinctions of knowledge, highlight the spirit of the law, and support this with progressive training. This helps candidates with a legal foundation to develop and strengthen a more comprehensive understanding of the legal knowledge involved in the exam, promoting phased improvement and achieving leaps in progress, ultimately making it easier to pass the judicial examination.
