Features: This book divides all vocabulary into 50 days for memorization, with each day as a unit, arranged according to the difficulty level of the words. It provides candidates with a step-by-step, planned approach to daily memorization and learning. This book is a carefully crafted work by the author, based on the vocabulary list from the newly published "National Master's Entrance Unified English Examination Syllabus" (hereinafter referred to as "The Syllabus"). It covers all postgraduate entrance vocabulary listed in the syllabus. The book is divided into four parts:
Part 1 is "Postgraduate Basic Vocabulary," totaling 1,743 words, which falls within the scope of "The Syllabus" and can be fully mastered by candidates on the first day.
Part 2 is "Postgraduate Core Vocabulary," totaling 3,960 words, which also falls within the scope of "The Syllabus" and is the part where candidates should spend the most time and effort. It is recommended that candidates memorize it from the second day to the 46th day.
Part 3 is "Postgraduate Essential Expansion Vocabulary," totaling 228 words, which falls outside the scope of "The Syllabus" but is essential for postgraduate entrance exams. Candidates can grasp it with an understanding. It is recommended that candidates memorize it from the 47th day to the 48th day.
Part 4 is "Postgraduate High-Score Vocabulary," totaling 767 words, which falls outside the scope of "The Syllabus" and is the part candidates need to conquer if they have the ability and aim to achieve high scores. Candidates can grasp it with an understanding. It is recommended that candidates memorize it from the 49th day to the 50th day.
Additionally, in the appendix, an "Postgraduate Vocabulary and CET-6 Vocabulary Gap Table" has been added, totaling 205 words, for reference by candidates who have taken the CET-6 exam.
For this revised edition, the author has arranged 11 short passages in the "Postgraduate Core Vocabulary" section to provide specific guidance on vocabulary review for candidates. The content of these passages is the essence of vocabulary memorization methods and the key to memorizing vocabulary, which can help candidates solve problems and quickly improve their learning efficiency.
