The "China E-commerce Yearbook" was initiated by the High-Tech Industry Department of the State Planning Commission, the Trade Market Bureau of the State Economic and Trade Commission, and the High-Tech Industrialization Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology. It was jointly established by relevant ministries, departments, state commissions, and the People's Bank of China, with the assistance of industry associations, research institutions, and related universities. The China E-commerce Yearbook Editorial Committee was composed of leaders from 22 relevant ministries and commissions of the State Council and experts and scholars in China's e-commerce field. The China E-commerce Yearbook Expert Committee was formed by leaders from major enterprises such as banks, securities, insurance, telecommunications, information service companies, IT technology companies, and more.
