Features: The history of the People's Republic of China entered a special period after the 1960s. From a political and economic perspective, the first and second halves of the 1960s left two completely different impressions on later generations: the former was a period of national economic adjustment centered on correcting the "left" errors since the "Great Leap Forward"; while the latter was a period of comprehensive chaos dominated by the rapid expansion of "left" errors. The legacy left by history is unique in this way. However, the evolution of history is not entirely without rules to follow. Every period or stage of it has its own internal logic of rise, continuation, turn, and conclusion. The Resolution indirectly tells us that during this period, the Chinese Communists walked a bumpy road coexisting with both favorable and adverse conditions, achievements and errors, main and secondary threads, and clarity and confusion.
