The red light trembles in the cold night sky. Shigehisa Tsukimiya leans forward and tells the driver to turn left at the traffic light. This area is Setagaya's residential district. In recent years, supermarkets and apartment buildings have been constructed here. Tsukimiya lives in a high-end apartment complex built three years ago.
