Features: Darwin's On the Origin of Species explains the laws of biological evolution and survival competition, such as "survival of the fittest," "the fittest survive," "survival of the superior," and "the strong prey on the weak." These evolutionary laws, which have existed for billions of years, have gradually been recognized and utilized by humans as civilization progresses, ultimately becoming the fundamental laws of survival and competition in human society. The so-called "law of the jungle in survival competition" is essentially the rule of the strong. In the jungle society, the weak are only in a position to be dominated and exploited.
Following Darwin's theory of "evolution," this book summarizes the inevitability of the rule of the strong, the advantages of the strong, the reality of the strong preying on the weak and the survival of the fittest, and the many essential laws and principles of dominant positions into ten laws. These laws include both essential explanations of social phenomena and vivid, typical examples. These ten laws are like ten footprints in human progress—the deeper each successful person makes them, the more dust the failures leave behind. It is hoped that every reader can gain enough wisdom from this book to walk the path to success by following these footprints.
To become a strong person and stand out in the tide of social competition, one must inevitably make arduous efforts. More importantly, one must deeply understand the laws of social competition, otherwise, it will be counterproductive and move farther away from success. Based on Darwin's theory of "evolution," this book summarizes the many rules in social competition into ten parts, using numerous vivid stories to explain the laws of social competition, combining knowledge and entertainment. By reading this book, you will learn how to become a strong person and establish yourself in society; if you are already strong, you will learn the methods to remain strong and the secrets to lasting success.
When reading this book, you will feel as if your eyes are suddenly opened, and the chaotic world becomes well-organized. After finishing this book, you will clearly see the essence behind every event, enabling you to make correct judgments. In the name of Darwin, in the name of science, respect competition and realize your own value in it, seek your success—the theory of evolution will guide you forward!
Survival of the Fittest: Competition is the norm in nature, and survival is competition. Survival is not only the instinct of biological organisms but also the innate pursuit of humans; competition is not only the destiny of biological organisms but also the innate challenge of humans.
The Fittest Survive: Survival is a result that requires conditions, and that condition is adaptation. Nature and society do not waste resources on the unadaptable; those who do not adapt to the environment and competition are mercilessly eliminated.
Use and Disuse: A boxer's arm is certainly stronger and more muscular than that of an office worker, but there was little difference between them in childhood.
Survival of the Superior and Elimination of the Inferior: Nature favors only superior species and individuals, while the inferior are cruelly stripped of their hard-won lives and precious freedom.
Elimination of the Weakest: Elimination of the weakest is the inevitable result of internal competition. The world becomes harmonious, orderly, and full of vitality because of it.
Adaptation to Change: This is a world of change! The Earth has existed for billions of years, and in this long history, it has constantly changed itself, and humans must also change with the Earth and society.
Division of Labor and Cooperation: Ancient humans inherited the habit of living in groups from their primate ancestors, along with the spirit of cooperation. As a team member, one must clearly understand that "division of labor and cooperation" is both a need and an obligation.
The Strong Prey on the Weak: A gazelle is born to be a lion's prey—this is its destiny, and there is no escape from it.
Sense of Crisis: "Mending the fence after the sheep is lost" may not be too late, but the cost is definitely irrecoverable, so "building three holes for a rabbit" is more practical.
Winner Effect: The Gospel of Matthew says, "To those who have, more will be given, and they will have an abundance. But to those who have not, even what they have will be taken away."
