Features: Modern people admire nature. However, modern civilization has gradually increased the distance between people and nature. While modern people suffer from civilization-related illnesses and affluence-related diseases, they also have a more comprehensive pursuit of improving quality of life and enhancing life quality. When modern medical methods often fall short in disease prevention, treatment, health maintenance, and fitness, and some chemical synthetic drugs even cause many side effects to human health, natural therapies are gaining increasing popularity and attention. In light of this, we are particularly launching the "Natural Life Series."
The "Natural Life Series" advocates two core concepts: "Natural" and "Self." The "Natural" concept aligns with China's traditional (TCM) system. Over thousands of years, China's working people, through long-term life experience and practice, have discovered and unearthed many natural foods and medicinal herbs, forming theories like "Medicine and Food Are Interconnected" in TCM, thereby opening up new horizons for natural food therapy. Many natural foods not only have rich nutritional value but also possess unique medicinal properties. Therefore, using natural foods and employing natural methods to prevent diseases, combat aging, boost health, enhance beauty, and aid weight loss achieves a dual-purpose effect.
The "Self" concept emphasizes self-operation and self-application, focusing on stimulating the body's own capabilities and restoring balance to the body's imbalanced state. The natural therapy methods meticulously designed and provided in this series are not only highly practical but also highly operable, allowing people to use them anytime and anywhere in their daily lives.
The "Natural Life Series" initially publishes four books: "Vibrant Vegetarian," "Smart Supplementation," "Independent Beauty," and "Reasonable Weight Loss." The authors spent nearly a decade reviewing nearly a hundred rare medical case books from ancient masters and collecting a vast number of popular and folk-effective methods from home and abroad, dedicating them all to the readers. The authors' greatest wish is that readers can benefit and see results from reading these books.
