Features: The compilation and publication of the "Library of Mongolian Studies in China" aim to promote the fine national cultural heritage, enrich the cultural treasury, enhance people's spiritual and cultural quality, flourish the country's scientific undertakings, promote cultural exchanges between China and the world, and advance the in-depth development of Mongolian studies. This initiative also strives to drive the prosperity and development of the Mongolian people alongside all other ethnic groups within the motherland, better serving the reform and opening-up and the construction of a socialist modernization.
For this purpose, we adhere to the guiding ideology of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, and Deng Xiaoping Theory on building socialism with Chinese characteristics. We implement the overall guidance and requirements of the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on building socialist spiritual civilization throughout the compilation and publication process of the "Library." We maintain the stance, perspective, and methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, starting from the actual history of the Mongolian people, relying on sufficient and reliable historical materials, conducting serious scientific analysis, and exploring the objective laws of various disciplines. At the same time, we absorb the essence of domestic and international research achievements to genuinely write comprehensive, systematic, and scientific academic works.
Under the leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Jiang Zemin at its core, we hold high the banner of patriotism, promote and implement the Party's ethnic policies and their great achievements, uphold the unity of the motherland, strengthen ethnic solidarity, better inspire and motivate the people, and advance along the path of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. We strive to build China into a strong, democratic, and civilized modern socialist country.
