Features: Currently, China has published a batch of project management books, but this is the first project management textbook written according to the "National Occupational Standard for Project Managers" issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. This textbook is divided into five parts. The first part is Basic Knowledge, which is written for the "Basic Requirements" in the national occupational standard. It includes fundamental knowledge such as professional ethics, project management, the project management knowledge system, and related laws and regulations. It is essential for all project management professionals to master this content. The second to fifth parts are written in accordance with the four levels of project management personnel—project assistant managers, assistant project managers, project managers, and senior project managers—as defined in the national occupational standard. The content progresses from simple to complex and advances in level, requiring senior project management personnel to possess the knowledge and skills of lower-level project management personnel. The arrangement of this textbook in terms of its system is primarily designed to facilitate candidates at various levels of project management to prepare for their exams and to provide a scientific and standardized basis for vocational education and training. This textbook is recommended for the training and unified certification of national occupational qualification project managers and can also serve as a self-study guide for project management professionals. The guiding principle for the compilation of this series of textbooks is to take the national occupational standard as the basis, orient it toward professional activities, and highlight the practicality of professional training and qualification certification. In terms of content, it focuses on professional skills and the knowledge that should be mastered, starting from the actual conditions of China while striving to align with international standards, while also considering the completeness and openness of the knowledge system.
