Features: Shifting knowledge is wisdom, applying knowledge is wealth, and health is the greatest wealth. Turning others' experience into your own enhances your capabilities. Based on his clinical practice, the author has written this book, "Tap for Health," to help readers utilize their leisure time, such as after meals, to try the methods according to their own physical conditions. If it yields some results, you can save yourself the trouble of queuing, booking appointments, and spending money on medical visits. This book is the author's personal insights on his journey to health. In the 1960s, the author served in the military, and in the 1980s, he was honorably discharged. Throughout his life, he maintained the soldier's spirit of "fear neither hardship nor death." When he entered middle age, he began experiencing health issues. Beyond medication and injections, his physical condition deteriorated. In 1987, he was transferred to the Central Hospital of the Zhengzhou Railway Bureau, where he worked while undergoing treatment. Despite numerous consultations with provincial experts and a four-month stay at Beijing 301 Hospital, there was no significant improvement. Under these circumstances, the author resolved to study Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and traditional culture, subsequently largely discontinuing the use of Western medicine. In 1995, due to disability, he retired early and developed a passion for massage therapy. He later obtained professional certifications, including the "Reflexology Therapist" from the Ministry of Health and the "Senior Massage Therapist" and "Senior Massage Therapist Qualification Assessor" from the Henan Provincial Labor Department. Based on medical principles, combining human needs and the essence of various medical techniques, the author, through repeated practice and exploration, summarized a set of self-treatment methods for over a dozen common and frequently occurring illnesses. His book is illustrated, concise, effective, easy to remember and learn, and practical—truly a rare and wonderful remedy.
