Features: "The affairs of literature are eternal, but the gains and losses are known only to the heart" (Du Fu, ""). This volume of Literary Documents Research is finally completed. At this moment, there is both a sense of relief and joy, as well as a lingering sense of unease. This is because, in the short and pressing time, selecting papers that truly reflect the achievements of the teachers from the School of Literature at Sichuan Normal University in the field of literary documents research was indeed not an easy task. The vast number of outstanding works made it difficult to choose, which was one reason. However, as Lu Xun once said, "What is selected often does not reflect the author's style but rather the selector's taste" (Selected Essays of Lu Xun, ""). Although efforts were made to make it as perfect as possible during the selection process, the format remains unchanged. Yet, due to my limited knowledge, narrow perspective, and limited ability, there are inevitably omissions and shortcomings, which may lead to criticism of my narrow vision and regret for leaving out the pearls and jade.
